На Raspberry pi 3 запустить не удалось. Физически интерфейс подключения совпадает с камерами Малинок. Мне кажется, что в Raspbian отсутствует программная поддержка этой камеры. Связался с продавцом. Он ответил мол камера не для Raspberry. Спор открывать не стал т.к. продавец не заявлял поддержку RPi.
